Strategy Development – focusing on creating positive impact, Claire collaborates with stakeholders to develop and hone strategic projects, programmes and bids, often working across sectors.

Project Consultancy – developing and designing strategic research and consultancy activity to explore important issues across sectors and within organisations; delivery of interesting event projects, working with interesting people.

Event Management – developing, managing and leading event projects of varying scale and scope including project planning, onsite delivery and stakeholder liaison.

Safety & Risk Consultancy – working with clients to review, develop and deliver effective safety management plans including security planning, embedding Martyn’s Law, crowd management, traffic management and staff/volunteer training.

Workshops – creating and delivering development and collaborative activity with your team or wider cohort around a specific issue or challenge. Claire makes use of a range of creative and dynamic tools to engage teams in exploring problem solving and creating strategic impact.

Training – planning and delivering training sessions across the spectrum of business activity including strategic planning, leadership, event management, marketing, project finance, fundraising, organisational development, project management and sustainability.

Mentoring – supporting and coaching individuals at the early and mid stages of their careers. Limited to 4 participants per annum.

Speaking – having spoken at many conferences, Claire is an engaging and confident presenter, focusing on topics around risk management, events strategy, crisis decision making, game theory, Agile practice, and lean start up!

Research – in building her research portfolio, Claire is open to collaborating as part of a research team for projects exploring contemporary issues in relation to leadership, management, event management, and decision making.
