In essence this is starting a brand new programme of activity that optimises the efforts put in without overloading people or finances.

Heartlands Events Strategy

Parallel to the build of this huge regeneration project in Pool in Cornwall, Claire led a small team to research, curate and plan a growth events strategy for the new open spaces and venue. The programme developed steadily over a 5 year period to provide activity and opportunity for all of this renewed community. The team also prepared 5 year forecasts for the programme, making the business case for investment in an annual events programme and the facilities.

Claire was instrumental in crafting, writing and submitting the Hammersmith & Fulham bid for London Borough of Culture 2019-20. The project involved working with a wide range of key cultural stakeholders and communities within the Borough to create and plan an impactful programme to celebrate the breadth and vibrancy of activity in the area.

Agile PR

Claire and Rachel have worked together for a long time and it was an obvious choice for Rachel to trust Claire to run a brand wheel workshop for the Agile PR. Working with some of Rachel’s most significant clients, Claire ran a brand wheel workshop to explore the values and priorities of those clients in relation to the Agile PR services and brand personality.
